Galaxy Advertising Co., Ltd. is a Thai company registered in Bangkok with both Chinese and Thai staff on the team. Clients are handled in Chinese; venues, suppliers, estates and government paperwork are handled in Thai. You do not need to hire an interpreter, then a local production company, and then spend your own time keeping the two aligned.

One project, one owner. The same person handles the brief, the plan, the quote, load-in, rehearsal, show day, strike and settlement. Nobody gets handed off mid-project and nothing stalls on 'we'll have to ask the Thai side'.

The work is what Chinese companies actually hold in Thailand: factory openings and groundbreakings, annual dinners and appreciation nights, conferences and MICE programmes, product launches and roadshows, exhibition booths, stage and LED technical delivery. Demand concentrates in four places — Bangkok, Rayong, Chonburi and Pattaya — and each has its own page explaining how delivery works there.

Commercials are stated the same way: quotes itemise equipment and fabrication, transport, and crew days; pricing is in Thai baht with a compliant Thai VAT invoice; and out-of-province transport and accommodation are separate lines rather than absorbed into a lump sum.

Headquarters wants the proposal and the budget in Chinese. Thai hotels, industrial estates, suppliers and authorities only accept Thai documentation. Many regional or global offices then need an English report of what was delivered. We produce all three in parallel and do not bill translation separately.

The same applies on site: run of show, MC script, backdrops and subtitles are produced in the languages the room needs, and radio channels are grouped by language. The classic failure at a mixed-audience event is half the room not knowing what is happening — that gets solved at run-of-show stage, not on the day.

Bangkok is home. Crew, inventory and the fabrication workshop are here, and hotel ballrooms, convention centres and city venues are routine.

Rayong is where manufacturing concentrates, and we have three delivered plant-level projects there — the Haier groundbreaking, the Nexteer opening and the Taiming anniversary. Chonburi, including Sriracha and Laem Chabang, has no published case study yet, so that page describes coverage rather than claiming work. Pattaya carries five published conference and celebration projects.

For every out-of-province project, crew and equipment travel from Bangkok, and transport and on-site days are itemised. We hold no branch office or warehouse outside Bangkok, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
