Pattaya is Thailand's default choice for large corporate conferences and incentive programmes. Beachfront hotel ballrooms take several hundred delegates, the drive from Bangkok is about two hours, and airport transfers are routine enough that a group can land and be in session the same day. A great many annual meetings, appreciation nights, training summits and regional conferences end up here.

The hard part of a hotel event is not creative, it is time. Ballrooms typically release from the night before to the morning of, so truss, LED, lighting, sound and backdrop have to be sequenced by the hour, with rehearsal, cue-to-cue and technical checks squeezed into the same window. That takes a crew who already know how the service corridors, freight lifts and rigging points in these hotels work.

We have no branch and no local store in Pattaya. Equipment and crew are dispatched from Bangkok and stay on site for the duration; transport and accommodation are separate lines on the quote.

A ballroom usually has another function before yours, which leaves roughly 22:00 the night before to 08:00 on the day. We work backwards: truss and rigging points, then LED, then lighting and sound, then backdrop and décor, then a full technical check, then rehearsal. Because any slip eats rehearsal time, the equipment list is locked at contract stage — nothing is left to be decided on site.

Rigging capacity, power supply, freight-lift dimensions and the loading route differ hotel by hotel. We collect those numbers during the site visit and draw to them, so equipment never arrives to find it cannot physically reach the room.

A Chinese or regional company meeting in Pattaya has a stage running in one language, hotel operations running in Thai, and part of the audience needing English material. Your project manager works with you in Chinese or English, with the hotel and suppliers in Thai, and produces English collateral for regional reporting. Radio channels on site are grouped by language so instructions actually arrive.

Award segments, lucky draws and launch moments live or die on timing. Position charts and cue sheets go to every person involved in advance, and the MC, vision director and lighting operator all work from one identical run of show.
