4A / Agency Partnership

How we act as your local Thai production partner — white-label, English contracts, on-site PM.

Can you act as a local Thai execution partner for an overseas 4A agency?
Yes. This is a core service line. We execute your concept on the ground in Thailand while you keep creative control, giving overseas agencies a reliable local production arm without flying a full team in.
What exactly is a Production Partner?
A production partner takes an agency's approved creative and turns it into a real event on the ground — handling suppliers, build, technical setup and on-site management, without owning the client relationship or the creative. GLA fills exactly this role in Thailand.
Can you do execution only without touching the creative?
Absolutely. Many agency partners want a production-only arrangement: you own strategy and creative, we execute to spec. We are comfortable staying invisible behind your brand and following your direction precisely.
Can you follow our brand guidelines and approval flow?
Yes. We work to your brand book, templates and sign-off stages, submitting each milestone for approval before proceeding. Your standards and process govern the delivery, not ours.
Can you provide English quotations and contracts?
Yes. We issue quotations, contracts and reports in English (and Chinese) as standard for international partners, with clear line-item breakdowns so your finance and procurement teams can process them without friction.
How do you keep cross-timezone communication smooth?
A dedicated English-speaking project manager is your single point of contact, with agreed update cadences, shared trackers and photo/video reporting. You always know current status without chasing multiple people across time zones.
Can you handle local Thai suppliers and payments?
Yes. We contract, coordinate and pay local suppliers in Thailand under one consolidated invoice to you. You avoid managing many small local vendors, currencies and tax details — we handle that layer entirely.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs and confidentiality terms before receiving briefs, and can operate on a white-label basis so the client only ever sees your agency, not ours.
Is there an English-speaking project manager on site?
Yes. Your assigned PM is present on site and communicates in English (Chinese also available), so you have a direct, fluent contact managing execution in the room during build and show days.
Can you meet international production standards?
Yes. We are used to delivering for international brands and agencies, matching technical specs, safety standards and finish quality expected on global productions, while adapting to Thai venue and permit realities.
Can you provide on-site photos and video to headquarters?
Yes. We provide real-time updates during the event and a full photo/video package afterward, so your head office can monitor progress remotely and receive proof-of-delivery documentation for the client.
Are your payment terms flexible?
We work with standard staged payments (deposit, pre-event, balance) and can align with agency payment cycles where reasonable. Terms are agreed clearly in the contract up front so there are no surprises.
Can you handle both single events and long-term framework agreements?
Both. We deliver one-off projects and also set up annual or multi-event framework agreements for agencies with recurring Thailand needs, which speeds up quoting and keeps quality consistent across events.
How do you quote for agency collaborations?
We quote transparently by scope — production, technical, suppliers, crew and management — with clear line items and agreed margin structure. This lets you brief your client accurately and protect your own commercials.
Can you deliver on a white-label basis?
Yes. We can operate entirely behind your brand — no GLA logos, staff in your uniform or unbranded, documents under your identity — so the end client experiences your agency delivering seamlessly in Thailand.
Can you help with venue and permits?
Yes. Venue sourcing, negotiation and the local permit process are exactly where a Thai partner adds value. We navigate building rules, authority approvals and safety requirements so your event is compliant and on schedule.
Which Thai venues are you familiar with?
We work regularly across Bangkok's major convention centres, hotels, malls and outdoor venues, plus key locations in other provinces. Tell us your format and audience size and we will recommend venues that fit and are available.
Do you have experience with large multinational projects?
Yes. We have executed events for regional and international brands requiring multi-language coordination, higher production values and strict brand compliance — the profile of work agencies typically bring to a local partner.
How do we start working together?
Send us a brief or a project outline. We reply with feasibility, an indicative budget and a proposed way of working, sign an NDA if needed, then move to detailed quoting. The 4A / Agency page explains the full onboarding.
Why do overseas agencies choose a local Thai partner instead of flying in their own team?
Because local partners already have the venues, suppliers, permits, language and on-ground judgement that take years to build — at a fraction of the cost and risk of importing a full crew. You keep creative control; we remove the local friction.
